Main Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Track and analyze costs related to agricultural products and operations.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Other Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA will be an added advantage.
- 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior exposure to agricultural products or agri-business operations is highly preferred.
