Job Requirements

Main Duties

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, and equipment.

• Store items properly and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.

• Issue materials and supplies according to approved requests.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and stock issue vouchers.

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory control procedures.

• Support procurement and operations teams by providing accurate stock information.

• Participate in stock audits and inventory verification exercises.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stores management, or a related role.

• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.

• Experience in stock control, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.

• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures.

• Experience in managing spare parts, consumables, and inventory records.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
