Main Duties

• Manage and coordinate the showroom’s social media accounts and develop a content matrix covering product highlights, construction case studies, event information, and other relevant content.
• Implement locally targeted digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with local influencers, including home improvement bloggers, designers, and other relevant partners, to strengthen brand visibility.
• Plan and execute large-scale themed events, including grand openings, annual shopping fairs, designer salons, and regular promotional campaigns such as holiday sales events, to increase showroom exposure and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with bricklayers, including integration with the MICASSO Bricklayer System.
• Organize and participate in local industry exhibitions to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand image.
• Support headquarters in maintaining and promoting the local MICASSO VOSA.
• Coordinate new product launch events to effectively introduce new products to the market.
• Oversee the updating, presentation, and maintenance of model rooms to ensure a consistent and attractive showroom image.
• Maintain high standards of showroom branding, visual presentation, and customer experience.
• Organize regular skills and capacity-building training for team members.
• Provide training in areas such as event planning, client negotiation, social media and new media operations, and marketing execution.
• Enhance team members’ market awareness, creativity, customer engagement, and execution capabilities.
• Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing marketing and showroom team.

Other Requirements

 

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing leadership or managerial position.

• Experience in luxury retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in successfully launching and promoting high-end brands, with strong showroom or retail experience.

• Strong experience in showroom and retail channel marketing, with familiarity with tiler, designer, contractor, and other relevant industry networks preferred.

• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional strategies across online and offline channels.

• Proficient in using online marketing platforms, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing tools.

• Good understanding of the operational logic and functionality of mainstream digital marketing platforms, including social media business accounts, advertising platforms, and content management systems.

• Ability to develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and showroom traffic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for professional presentations and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement, and customer data analysis.

• Basic proficiency in copywriting, creative content development, and promotional material creation.

• Ability to guide and supervise a team in producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent marketing content.
