A. Payroll Administration
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring monthly payroll is executed accurately, timely and in compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Validate completeness of payroll inputs including new hires, promotions, transfers.
B. Benefits Administration
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of all employee benefits: medical, insurance, pension, wellness programs, and other benefit offerings.
• Ensure timely enrolment of new employees into benefit schemes and accurate removal of staff exiting the company.
C. Compensation Management
• Support salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, and job evaluation exercises to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Assist with the development and review of compensation policies and guidelines.
• Ensure all compensation practices comply with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal HR frameworks.
D. Data Management, Systems, & Reporting
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS/ERP (SAP / SAGE), ensuring updates reflect organizational structures and employee movements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on payroll, compensation trends, benefits utilization, and compliance metrics.
F. Employee Experience & Internal Stakeholder Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll and benefits-related queries, ensuring issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Conduct employee financial wellness sensitization (e.g., pension education, benefit,awareness).
G. Policy Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with Labor laws, tax regulations, pension regulations, and all corporate governance standards.
• Support periodic review and update of C&B policies, SOPs, and process manuals.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor in Finance, HR, Accounting or related field
• Professional registration: CPA Certification
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory benefits, and market trends
• HR professional certification an added advantage.
• General work experience (years) Minimum of 5 years’ experience
