Main Duties
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement country-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- Prepare and manage budgets (including ANP and OPEX) to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Identify market opportunities through research, analysis, and consumer insights.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (STD and STT).
- Manage the sales pipeline to drive volume growth and profitability.
- Implement effective pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
- Oversee collections and ensure timely payment from distributors.
- Monitor credit exposure and follow up on outstanding receivables.
4. Marketing & Brand Management
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Enhance brand awareness, visibility, and market penetration.
- Adapt brand strategies to local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
5. Warehousing & Logistics
- Ensure adherence to FIFO principles.
- Maintain product quality, stock levels, and availability in the market.
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage local sales and marketing teams.
- Foster a high-performance, motivated, and results-driven culture.
7. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strengthen partnerships to enhance market reach and customer satisfaction.
8. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, regulatory changes, and economic trends.
- Adjust strategies proactively based on market insights.
9. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales performance, marketing ROI, and operational metrics.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with sales reporting tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
