Main Duties
-Plan, organize, and execute corporate, social, and private events from concept to completion.
-Coordinate banquet hall operations and oversee event dining services for groups of 200–250 guests.
-Manage outdoor and special event setups to ensure seamless guest experiences.
-Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
-Implement food cost control measures, including inventory management, portion control, and procurement monitoring.
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase venue visibility, bookings, and revenue.
-Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
-Prepare and manage departmental budgets and purchasing activities.
-Establish and monitor operational SOPs, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Analyze financial and operational performance and implement improvement strategies.
Other Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years' of experience in event management, hospitality operations, or food and beverage management.
-Proven experience managing large scale events and hospitality operations.
-Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, marketing, sales, and team management.
