Main Duties
- Drive corporate sales and business development by acquiring and managing B2B clients across various industries.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including payroll administration, workforce management, and HR outsourcing services.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop internal teams to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and go-to-market plans to expand the company's market presence.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client retention and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and service quality standards.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
-Strong understanding of labor law, hr compliance and payroll systems
- MS Office; payroll and HR/workforce management systems
- Senior management, GM, or Head of Operations role, ideally within HR, staffing, or HR outsourcing firms
