Main Duties

Job Purpose

• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to management and employees, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. The role supports organizational growth by driving people strategies, improving employee experience, strengthening performance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Advisory

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions that support business goals.
• Lead HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
• Support workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational restructuring.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build strong relationships with employees and line managers to promote a positive working environment.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and support disciplinary processes in line with labour laws.
• Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

Performance & Talent Management

• Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring timely goal-setting, reviews, and feedback.
• Identify talent gaps and support succession planning.
• Facilitate training needs analysis and recommend relevant learning and development programs.

Recruitment Support

• Support hiring process with job requirements, interviewing, and selection for key positions.
• Ensure high-quality onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

HR Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and national labour laws.
• Participate in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare HR reports including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and performance metrics.
• Use data to provide insights and recommend actions to management.

Other Requirements

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting senior management is an added advantage.
