Main Duties

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Support payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance monitoring.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Assist in implementing performance management systems and employee evaluations.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.

Support HR administration for operational staff involved in shipping, logistics, and port activities.

Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and workplace policies.
Other Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2 years of HR experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or a fast-paced operational environment.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
