Job Requirements

Main Duties

• Troubleshooting technical issues related to respective solutions.
• Diagnosing and repairing system faults and errors.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software solutions.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting the roll-out of new solutions.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Verify bug fixes through unit testing and system testing before deployment.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
• Participating in team discussions and huddle sessions.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in IT operations or technical support
• ITIL Certification is an added advantage
• Other IT related Certifications
• Other Leadership certifications
• Software: Relevant to position applied for (i.e MS Office, SAP,ERP,etc)
