Main Duties

• The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team by developing visual content for digital and print materials.
• The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to projects.

Design & Production

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare design files for printing or online use.
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all visual content.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and content creators.
• Take feedback and revise designs based on team or client input.
• Support the creative team in brainstorming and concept development.

Digital Content Creation

• Design simple animations, icons, layouts, and templates.
• Edit images and photos for use in marketing campaigns.
• Help in developing visual assets for online ads and social media posts.

File Management

• Organize project files, maintain design archives, and ensure proper version control.
• Save and deliver final designs in correct formats and sizes.

Learning & Skills Growth

• Keep up with design trends, tools, and software updates.
• Participate in training, workshops, or internal learning sessions to improve skills.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools.
• Strong creativity and conceptual thinking.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity (even school or personal projects are acceptable for junior roles).
