Main Duties
-Oversee Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Corrective -Maintenance, Minor and Major repairs on the generators.
-Ensure SOP are strictly followed in all maintenance activities carried out at the site.
-Drive Reliability improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure prevention strategies.
-Take lead in Performance data analysis and provide Condition monitoring inputs to the CMA.
-Load control and optimization.
-Monitor alarms and system malfunction
-Continously monitor generator SMU and communicate PM and maintanance requirements.
Other Requirements
-5 - 7 year experience in large CAT generators or Power Generation with continuous 24/7 operations environments.
-Mandatory professional and proficient knowledge of Caterpillar large generator systems and repeated experience in generator system.
-Operation diagnosis, minor and major repairs.
-Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
-Very good command of written and spoken English
-Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office package
