Main Duties
-Oversee Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Minor and Major repairs on the generators.
-Ensure SOP are strictly followed in all maintenance activities carried out at the site.
-Drive Reliability improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure prevention strategies.
-Take lead in Performance data analysis and provide Condition monitoring inputs to the CMA.
-Load control and optimization,
-Monitor alarms and system malfunction
-Continously monitor generator SMU and communicate PM and maintanance requirements
Other Requirements
.Mandatory professional and proficient knowledge of Caterpillar large generator systems and repeated experience in generator system .operation diagnosis, minor and major repairs.
.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
.Very good command of written and spoken English
.Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office package
