Main Duties
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing and supply of agricultural products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer groups, cooperatives, and suppliers.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure targets and production goals are achieved.
- Ensure proper implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and product distribution.
- Monitor field activities and ensure proper support is provided to farmers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant agricultural regulations.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Prior exposure to agricultural products and farmer management is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of agricultural supply chains and farmer engagement.
- Strong organizational and operational planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in field environments and manage regional operations.
