Main Duties
-Maintenance Work Plans, PM scheduling and monitoring shutdowns.
-KPI tracking reports (Availability, MTBF, MTTR)
-Spare parts planning & inventory control.
-Monitoring equipment health with efficient and effective predictive maintenance.
-Resource planning (labor, tools, parts)
Other Requirements
-Advanced data interpretation (trend analysis) skills especially engine fluid and vibration analysis.
-Mandatory CMMS experience. Knowledge of MAXIMO is a huge advantage.
-Advanced and efficient reporting and documentation skills
-Must understand basic generator systems (Diesel/CFO fuel systems and Electrical systems - LV/MV generators) and Maintenance Scope (PM Intervals, Parts lifecycle/consumption forecasting, basic failures/repair on a Caterpillar generators)
-Very good command of written and spoken English.
-Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office package.
