Main Duties

• To drive sales of commercial vehicles by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving assigned sales volume and margin targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective stock turnover.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in fleet and corporate segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat sales.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.
• Close sales transactions and ensure timely invoicing and delivery coordination.
• Marketing collaboration to achieve targets and online leads timely reporting.

Pipeline & Lead Management

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using the approved CRM or tracking tools.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with the Sales Manager.

Stock Management

• Prioritize selling available stock, with special focus on clearing aged inventory.
• Align customer offers with stock availability to minimize over-aged units.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams on stock status.

Margin & Pricing Discipline

• Ensure all deals meet minimum margin requirements as per company policy.
• Avoid unauthorized discounting and seek approvals where necessary.
• Use customer needs analysis and site surveys to ensure correct specifications and avoid rework.

Customer Experience

• Ensure professional handling of inquiries, quotations, and after-sales follow-ups.
• Support smooth handover of vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Administration

• Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans on time.
• Maintain complete documentation for each sale (quotation, customer site survey, signed offer, delivery note).
• Support management in market intelligence and competitor feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales Volume Target (minimum 60 units per annum)
• Aged Stock Reduction (Target: 0 old stock)
• Lead Conversion Rate

Other Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business
• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of vehicle specifications and applications.
• Valid driving license.
