Main Duties
- Promote and sell the company’s animal feed products to farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with livestock farmers, poultry farms, dairy farms, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Provide customers with product information, usage guidance, and technical support where necessary.
- Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, field demonstrations, and agricultural events.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Other Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Prior exposure to animal feed products or livestock related sales is highly preferred.
- Dynamic, self motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the livestock and animal feed market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
