Main Duties
- Serve by analysing fleet performance data to identify trends and root causes of poor Physical Availability.
- Monitor and manage Mining Performance Metrics including Physical availability, Mean Time Between Stoppages, Mean Time to Repair and Top Downtime Drivers.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve fleet performance and reduce downtime.
- Consult with site leadership on product health, maintenance practices, and application best practices.
- Coordinate communication between company and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for downtime events.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate improvement workshops and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Recommend corrective actions for equipment, operations, maintenance, and parts logistics.
- Report out to company's Mining Leadership.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering or any other related field.
- 3 years of experience especially in Technical excellence in mining operations, fleet maintenance, and repair processes.
- Strong data analysis and diagnostic skills.
- Project management and cross-functional leadership capability.
- Relationship management and influence without authority.
- Customer focus and consulting skills.
- Effective communication (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strategic thinking with operational execution discipline.
- Problem-solving across organizational and operational challenges.
