Job Requirements

Main Duties

-Receive, inspect, and verify incoming generator parts, accessories, oils, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documents.

-Store generator components, spare parts, and consumables in proper locations following warehouse layout and safety standards.

-Issue spare parts and materials to maintenance and service teams based on approved requisitions.

-Maintain accurate inventory records for generator parts, tools, oils, filters, and consumables using warehouse systems (WMS/ERP).

-Perform stock counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation of high-value generator components and critical spares.

-Monitor stock levels of critical generator spare parts and report shortages for timely replenishment.

-Ensure proper labeling, coding, and tracking of all generator-related inventory items.

-Handle loading and unloading of heavy generator parts and ensure safe material handling practices are followed.

Other Requirements

-Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment within automotive, heavy equipment, or power generation industry is an added advantage.

-Basic understanding of generator spare parts, engine components, filters, lubricants, and electrical accessories.

-Ability to identify and differentiate technical parts using part numbers, catalogs, or manuals.

-Physically fit to handle loading, unloading, and movement of heavy equipment and components.

-Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and documentation.

-Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory systems, or ERP/WMS platforms).

-Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple warehouse tasks.

-Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced operational environment.
